Cutting-edge ergonomic design compliments the distinctive brushed aluminum finish cordless phones, while a small storage base ensures the unit will fit neatly in any home or small office environment.

The GE 28112EE3 also includes an Integrated Telephone Answering Device (Answering Machine) with up to 20 minutes of recording time. Now, with three GE 28112EE3 DECT 6.0 Handsets, you will have access to your calls virtually anywhere in your home with no chance of interference!

Digitally Enhanced Cordless Technology, or DECT, features a dedicated bandwidth that avoids interference from the electronics found around your home. The result is crystal clear, interference free communication.

What is DECT 6.0?
With the advent of wireless consumer electronics operating throughout most modern households at 900 mHz, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bandwidths, interference issues were inevitable for standard cordless telephones. From microwave ovens and baby monitors to WiFi systems and cellular telephony such as Bluetooth� enabled products, all of these technologies contribute to make regular cordless phones less effective performers around the house and office. DECT 6.0 technology, however, operates in a dedicated 1.9 GHz bandwidth which permits delivery of calls without the static, pops, hiss and buzz which can severely hinder the performance of most other cordless home and small office telephones.
